I’ve been working on my first resolution, the 365 Photo Challenge and tracking the photos here. Tonight i realized I wanted to track resolution #2: Exercise. Not with daily photos, but check-ins that I can look back on to keep me motivated.
I need to do this for fitness and energy. I stopped taking care of myself years ago and I’m feeling the loss of stamina with every step on the treadmill.
My goals here are simple and geared toward long-term personal growth and overall healthiness. Not how much I can run, how long I can go, or how strong I can get.
I’m gaining inspiration from blogger Elise’s running goals.
- Workout 3 Times a Week – I’m going to the gym with Taylor which is helpful
- 30 minute Minimum Intervals – so far I’ve stayed within this realm…30-40 minutes of work.
- Don’t Over-Exert Myself – By pushing myself too much, I would most likely give up…and I don’t want that, now do I?
