365 Photo Challenge// Day 26: Play with Shadows

Day 26 of my 365 photo challenge is a lazy one. I guess less lazy than a cell phone picture (and I use plenty of those).

I was just laying on the couch, playing with the settings of my camera in a dark room (except the light coming from this lamp). While this photo is cluttered and a little blurry, it made me realize (after having this camera for a few years now) what lovely photos I could create if I actually learn how to use the settings more properly. I like this photo, not because it’s amazing or interesting, but because it shows the potential of what a photo could become. I really respect actual photographers. It is a true art form, as well as a science.

  1. I quite like this photo… I am thinking about doing a photo challenge too. It is such a great idea, bringing it to fruition has been….slower.

  2. The photo a day thing is SUCH a challenge! But so far, I like accomplishing it (almost) everday!
