Thanks to Pinterest, I was able to find an easy recipe for tonight’s dinner. There are some alterations, since I didn’t feel like going to the store for the exact ingredients. All in all, it was a great dinner and really fast and easy. The original recipe for the BBQ chicken baked potato is here.
In my kitchen, I had potatoes, left over shredded chicken, and the toppings. I didn’t have any barbeque sauce. Luckily, I had (almost) all the ingredients to make the homemade barbeque sauce.
Making the sauce added about 20 minutes to the prep time. But that was the only work I did, so after the potato was baked (in an hour) it was ready to eat!
